Accompagnement Canoë – Famille et enfants moins de 7 ans avec Christophe Pernot

Certified nature guide and state-qualified instructor for 25 years in the Ardèche Gorges.

I suggest accompanying you on the 6 km mini descent from Vallon to Châmes.
This route includes the legendary passage under the natural arch of the Pont d'Arc!

I will meet you in Vallon Pont d'Arc at a partner canoe rental company near the river.

After an explanation of the essential navigation rules, we will embark to discover the pleasures of the river and its rapids, for which I will ensure safety. To allow you to enjoy the descent without difficulty, the youngest children will be in my boat. We will take the time to take a break for swimming, rock jumping, or simply relaxing...
I will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the flora and fauna of our region, as well as its geological features.

3 possible departures per day throughout the season:
In the morning (8:30/11:30), in the afternoon (14:00/17:00) or in the late afternoon * (16:00/19:00 or 17:00/20:00) when nature takes over and the river is less frequented.
* Free aperitif under the Pont d'Arc for late afternoon descents!
To participate in this experience, appropriate clothing will be required: swimsuit or shorts, closed-toe shoes, cap, sunscreen, towel, bottle of water, smiles!! And something to snack on if you wish. The rest of the equipment will be provided at the start: boat, life jacket, paddle, waterproof container.

Possibility of doing a longer route over the day or bivouacking over 2 days in the Ardèche gorges!
