Canyoning Aventure – Ceven'Aventure
Follow the course of the river by swimming, jumping, sliding, abseiling through a waterfall, and above all having fun! These are the fundamentals of canyoning. The Canyon Adventure formula is reserved for the most athletic among you!
It is in the heart of one of the most beautiful canyons in the region, the Haut Chassezac, that we will guide you during a day trip. After an initial walk of about twenty minutes, called an approach walk, you will set off for 5 hours in the water, during which you will alternate between jumps, up to 8 meters (never compulsory), abseiling along waterfalls, sliding on natural slides, passages under blocks as well as more technical parts, including the very famous Rajole.
You will have a picnic at the water's edge, on the large warm granite slabs, the opportunity to recharge your batteries, while contemplating the breathtaking landscape. The physical return walk, with a steep gradient, of 1h15, after the activity, requires good physical condition.
Important information:
– From 14 years old, and reserved for the most athletic people only
– Knowing how to swim and being in very good physical condition is mandatory (no people with heart problems, pregnant women, people with injuries or convalescence, or people who are very overweight)
– 20 minutes approach walk and 1h15 difficult return walk
– 45 min drive to get to the activity location > Ceven's good deal: Group limited to 8 people, transport offered!
Equipment to bring: swimsuit, sports shoes (no water shoes), water (at least 1L/person), a picnic (nothing fragile: sandwiches, dried fruit, cereal bars, etc.), cord for glasses if necessary, personal medication if necessary.
Equipment provided: neoprene suit, helmet, waterproof container, canyoning bag, technical equipment, transport from our base.
