Rappel géant avec la Base canyon de la Besorgues
Abseil down the monumental Autridge Pillar, in the heart of the Ardèche Gorges nature reserve.
We will first descend 5 m against the wall, then after crossing a belay, we will continue for 180 m "in a spider's thread". We will set foot on a ledge 70 m above the river then climb back up a steep path to the start.
Conditions: Good physical condition. Accessible from 12 years old.

From Vallon Pont d'Arc, follow the Ardèche Gorges tourist route (RD190) for 17 km. About 3 km after passing the access to the Gaud bivouac on your right, a derelict part of the road leads to the Autridge viewpoint (Commune of Saint Remèze). Park in the designated spaces.
