Spéléologie Découverte – Ceven'Aventure
Because there are more than just aquatic activities in southern Ardèche, let yourself be tempted by a unique experience during a real journey to the center of the Earth, between culture, sport and adventure!
Go on a fantastic journey to discover an unknown world, at the center of the Earth. An instructor will introduce you to the basics of this activity. An outing that is both sporty and cultural, you will slip through narrow passages, abseil down or even crawl, all while discovering the geological history of our region, the South Ardèche.
Important information:
– With monitor
- From 7 years
– Good physical condition and not claustrophobic (no heart problems, pregnant woman, significant overweight, recent injury or operation)
– 20 to 30 minutes drive between the meeting place and the activity location (transportation not included)
– Duration: 1/2 (1h30 in the cave) or full day (3h in the cave with picnic break)
– Mainly visited caves: Les Combes in Bannes, Peyroche in Saint Alban-Auriolles, Champclos in Naves
Equipment to bring: Old warm clothes (it is between 12 and 14° in the caves), water, boots or sports shoes, picnic (if going out for the day, nothing fragile)
Equipment provided: protective suit, helmet and light, harness, technical equipment
