Stand Up Paddle – Ceven'Aventure
Open sea activity adapted to the river, you will go down the Chassezac gorges alternating between surfing standing up on the bodies of water, and on your knees, sitting or lying down on the rapids, during a 6 km outing. Outing accompanied by an instructor.
A cousin of surfing, Stand Up Paddle was born in Hawaii, and it is now arriving in France in force. So, let yourself be tempted by a unique descent of the Chassezac gorges.
In small groups of 8 people maximum for one instructor, this will be an opportunity for you to discover or rediscover the sumptuous Gorges du Chassezac. This outing combines the search for balance, maneuverability, laughter and dazzlement! In the morning, meet at 8:30 am in July and August to leave before the canoes in peace.
Conditions:
- From 12 years
– Minimum height: 150 cm
– Maximum weight: 90 kgs
– Good physical condition required (no heart problems, pregnant woman, significant overweight, recent injury or operation)
Equipment to bring: sun protection (hat, clothes), sports shoes or closed shoes, cord for glasses.
Please note, in order to have the least possible impact on the environment, the use of sunscreen is strongly discouraged.
Equipment provided: Board, helmet, paddle, life jacket, waterproof container, return shuttle after the descent.
