Our establishment, made up of 9 comfortable rooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility, offers a warm and authentic setting.
You will appreciate our terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountain and direct access to the river, ideal for a moment of freshness and relaxation.
The cuisine, made exclusively from fresh, local and seasonal produce, offers homemade dishes, sometimes inspired by foreign cuisine but always rooted in the Ardèche region.
Gerbier de Jonc, the Vals resort, the town of Aubenas, and Ray Pic are all less than half an hour away. Hiking trails are nearby. The Ardèche trails pass right in front of the inn.
We adopt a sustainable tourism approach that is reflected in our cuisine and environmental choices. By favoring local, fresh, and seasonal products, we support local agriculture while reducing our carbon footprint.
We strive to limit the use of plastic and single-use products by opting for reusable containers and reducing packaging as much as possible.
We also engage in composting and recycling practices to preserve the environment surrounding our hostel.
