The Séquoia Redwood Spa is a wellness space nestled on the upper floor of the Vals-les-Bains thermal baths in a majestic universe made of wood, water, space and light.
Named in homage to the immense sequoia in the thermal park of Vals-les-Bains, which was planted in 1867, the same year as the opening of the Vals thermal baths, the Sequoia Redwood Spa takes you into a world where you can rediscover our sensory journey: The Sequoia Pools comprising 14 stages (indoor pool, massage jets, counter-current swimming, hot bath, cold bath, outdoor pool, sauna, hammam, herbal tea room, ice fountain…)
But also facial treatments, massages*, scrubs, slimming treatments….
We have treatment combinations created by our teams which you will find in: “Sequoia Signature”, “Sequoia Experiences”, “Sequoia Days”
Then stays of 2, 3 or 6 days

Although subject to significant constraints (hypothermal water at 18°C must be heated to 37°C for treatments, numerous pools), the project is exemplary from an energy point of view. The spa is very busy during school holidays, public holidays, and special events. To ensure an optimal relaxation experience, we recommend visiting on weekdays (excluding Wednesday afternoons). Regarding access: entry to the spa is without reservation, while individual treatments require prior booking.
