Château de Craux

It overlooks the Volane and Sandron valleys. Built on the crater of a volcano of the same name, its geographical position offers a breathtaking panorama of the Hautes-Cévennes Ardéchoises and the land of young volcanoes.
This superb building, with its massive round towers, was once the hunting lodge of the lords of Antraigues, then remodeled by the d'Ucel family. This building, the part of which was built in the 1982th century and has been listed as a Historic Monument since XNUMX, stands in a green setting, shaded by chestnut trees.
