Beekeeper-nougat maker, we make and offer our artisanal nougat and our confectionery, in our workshop-boutique, taking the greatest care and all our know-how.
We advocate traditional manufacturing with local products: Ardèche honey produced in our hives and almonds from Provence.
Our passion is the taste for quality products for the greatest pleasure of our customers to whom we reserve a very warm welcome in our store.

By reservation, groups welcome (maximum 50 people) for free guided tour and tasting. Bus parking. From 3 years old.
Our essential raw materials, namely honey and almonds, are produced within a 50 km radius of our manufacturing workshop to our great delight. In addition, although located in a summer tourist area, we are continually developing and adapting to offer an offer adapted to each season of the year.
Beekeepers, Nougat makers and great gourmands, we have always been committed to transforming quality local products. Always with this in mind, we do not add any flavoring, coloring or preservative. We are convinced that, with a dose of passion and know-how, this is the best recipe to obtain the most delicious nougats possible!
