Two mills, two stories that have been going strong for centuries: the Moulin de Raoul, still in working order when the water permits, welcomes the curious by appointment for an immersion in the art of grinding chestnuts and grains the old-fashioned way. Just downstream, its discreet cousin, the Moulin de Pailhaire, shares the same heritage and the same love of tradition.
