The farm is a unique, multi-purpose space that combines a café-bistro-boutique-tea room, a shared workspace, and cultural and educational spaces. The café-bistro offers local, seasonal, organic, varied, and responsible cuisine.
the farm includes 3 spaces:
– a heart of life with a café-bistro-boutique offering organic, natural, local, and seasonal cuisine. A gourmet and inventive menu. A boutique corner, showcasing a careful selection of small local producers
– a workspace with for rent: 3 private offices, 9 workstations, 2 meeting rooms,
– cultural and educational spaces, a shared garden, a modular room, an exhibition and seminar room.
The farm is a former agricultural building of 450 m2 with a garden of 1000 m2. The whole thing has been completely renovated and rehabilitated according to the safety regulations of a Public Access Building (ERP) and some of the materials come from reuse.
The farm is a Cooperative and Participatory Society (SCOP) and is part of the social and solidarity economy (SSE) field.
It is also a unique third place, located at the entrance to the town of Aubenas, in the heart of the dynamic business and commercial district (Ponson Moulon & Terres de Millet).

→ Optimized electricity management: shutdown during the night, natural lighting or low consumption.
→ Cultural programming focused on eco-responsibility with workshops: repair, limiting waste, energy, etc. in partnership with local stakeholders.
